HR Analytics Manager
About the role
The HR Analytics Manager is a part-time remote position focused on leading people analytics initiatives to support data-driven decision-making within HR. The role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data related to workforce composition, performance, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining dashboards and reports, translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, developing metrics and KPIs, managing small analytics projects, ensuring data quality, and presenting findings to leadership in accessible formats.
Must have
- Candidates should possess strong HR Analytics and People Analytics skills, including experience working with HR data and workforce metrics.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, such as data interpretation, statistical thinking, and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Candidates should possess foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including familiarity with HR processes, policies, and talent lifecycle concepts.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver analytics initiatives on time and within scope.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders, are required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee data.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and spreadsheets is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
