IT Sales Executive
About the role
The IT Sales Executive will support the sales team in promoting and selling IT products and services. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations and sales proposals, identifying and following up with potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with suppliers, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on IT trends. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT products, strong communication skills, and an interest in technology and sales. Must have
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or an equivalent qualification.
- A diploma or certificate in IT, Information Systems, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Web Development, Software, Databases and Applications.
- Previous 1-2 years’ experience in IT sales, customer service, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
