About the role
The Senior Business Analyst – ERP & AI Solutions role is focused on engaging with customers to understand complex business processes and design practical solutions, particularly within ERP and enterprise software environments. The position requires leveraging AI tools and agents to support and accelerate system implementation, as well as translating business requirements into actionable workflows and solution specifications. The analyst will lead workshops, facilitate requirement gathering, and work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. The role emphasizes strong client-facing skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience with both ERP systems and AI technologies.
Must have
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within ERP or enterprise software environments.
- Strong hands-on understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong solutioning mindset, able to move beyond documenting requirements and actively design solutions.
- Very good practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt/instruction engineering.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to analyze requirements, prototype solutions, or accelerate software delivery.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, APIs, integrations, databases, and system workflows.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
