Must have
- Strong experience in RBD, FRD, User Stories & UAT
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Process mapping and documentation skills
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior BAs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in requirement gathering & documentation
- Familiarity with User Stories, UAT & Agile practices
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or BI tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business or related field
- Good understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of Excel, Jira or data analysis tools is an advantage
