About the role
The Manager - Database, Systems Integration & Application Services will oversee core information systems, manage technical staff, and lead impactful IT projects at HNB Finance PLC, a leading financial services provider in Sri Lanka. The role involves leading SQL Server development, database maintenance, performance optimization, and operational reporting, as well as designing and managing APIs, system interfaces, and secure application hosting environments. The manager will also mentor and guide technical teams to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime. Experience in the financial services industry is considered a major advantage.
Must have
- 4+ years of relevant experience in SQL Server development/maintenance, system integration, and application support.
- Proven team leadership and performance management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial services industry (knowledge of financial systems and business processes) is a major advantage!
