Applications Operations Engineer
About the role
As an Applications Operations Engineer at OKLO, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the company's applications. The role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 application and technical support, investigating issues, analyzing logs, managing incidents and SLAs, and coordinating technical escalations. You will also monitor Microsoft Azure resources and application environments, and identify opportunities for process, product, and operational improvements. The position requires a background in computer science or a related field, experience in application or production support, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must have
- BSc in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years' experience in Application Support, Software Operations, Production Support or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good understanding of application logs, APIs, databases and integrations
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure/cloud environments
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
