HR Executive (Remote US Shift)

About the role

KD Associates Buffalo Inc. (USA) is seeking an HR Executive to join their team on a remote basis, working the US shift. The role involves managing hiring and onboarding, maintaining HR records and documentation, handling payroll and benefits, supporting employees, overseeing performance management, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a recognized professional qualification, along with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or HRIS roles. Strong skills in HRIS systems, employee databases, and MS Excel reporting are required, as well as a good understanding of HR processes and compliance. Experience in a group or multi-entity environment is considered an added advantage. Salary is based on experience, ranging from LKR 40,000 to 60,000.
