About the role
The Product Manager – Microsoft & Cloud Solutions at Xentura One (Pvt) Ltd will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft and cloud-based products, from ideation through launch and ongoing improvement. This full-time, on-site position in Colombo involves defining product roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The role requires analyzing market trends, managing vendor relationships (notably with Microsoft and Huawei Cloud), supporting pre-sales activities, and enabling internal teams through training and documentation. Candidates should have strong product management skills, technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, experience in partner and vendor management, and excellent communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with postgraduate qualifications or certifications in cloud technologies considered an advantage.
Must have
- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and lifecycle management for cloud and SaaS solutions.
- Technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) and public/private cloud architectures, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in partner and vendor management, particularly with global technology providers and resellers in cloud and cybersecurity domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders, conduct product training, and create customer-facing documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Huawei) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in cloud product management, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales within the technology or IT services sector is highly beneficial.
