About the role
The company is seeking an experienced AI Architect or Senior AI Engineer to lead enterprise AI initiatives in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves driving the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-native development, with a focus on designing solutions, mentoring teams, and implementing advanced AI architectures. Candidates should have a strong background in IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering, as well as expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures. The position requires hands-on experience with a range of AI frameworks, vector databases, cloud platforms, and programming languages.
Must have
- 10–12 years of IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures
- Agentic AI & Deep Agent Architectures
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain
- Generative AI & LLM Frameworks
- RAG & Vector Databases – Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, Qdrant
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock & Google Vertex AI
- LlamaIndex & Semantic Kernel
- MLOps / LLMOps, LangSmith & TruLens
- Python, TypeScript, Java / C#
- Cloud-Native Architecture & Enterprise Security
- AI Strategy, Solution Design & Team Mentoring
