Must have

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
Solid experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable applications
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges

Nice to have

Financial services or fintech experience is a strong advantage
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
