Business Analyst Intern
About the role
Finetech, a Google Premier Partner for Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bangladesh, is seeking an Intern Business Analyst to join their expanding team. The role involves assisting Business Analysts in gathering, understanding, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders, as well as supporting the preparation of user stories, functional requirements, and process flows. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate in IT, proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Excel, and comfortable working in a computerized environment. Must have
- Graduate or an undergraduate in the IT field
- Very conversant with Google Docs / Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in working in an computerized environment
- Assist Business Analysts in gathering, understanding, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Ability to work within deadline individually and as a team
- Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of wireframing or UI/UX concepts is an added advantage.
