Senior Software Engineer-Back End
About the role
The Senior Software Engineer-Back End role is responsible for delivering software products and components, contributing to the technology stack, design, development, deployment, and automated testing for ISA. The position involves collaborating with product teams, project managers, and IT solutions managers to translate business needs into technical implementations, ensuring alignment with architectural principles. The engineer will assist in testing, implementation, technical documentation, and review of technical solutions, as well as identifying and implementing best practices and emerging technologies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, fluency in English, and at least 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
Must have
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering,Computer Science,Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fluent in English Language.
- 3+ years of professional experience in an IT environment, preferably in a development department, with experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Engineer.
- Exposure to heterogeneous technology environments and experience with different types of technology stacks.
- Strong algorithm skills and experience in backend system development and testing.
- Relevant experience in cloud environments.
- Familiar with production operations and software reliability engineering principles.
- Strong object-oriented programming concepts.
- Strong development skills in one or more backend programming languages.
- Capable of analyzing data and identifying technical issues.
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills.
- Employs skills and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.
