About the role
Insighture is seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack to design and build scalable microservices, own critical architecture components, and develop high-quality Node.js/TypeScript API services. The role involves driving a test-first culture, managing data across PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems, containerising and deploying with Docker, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React, Node.js, AWS, and a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. Insighture is a global technology consultancy and AWS partner, focused on digital transformation and cloud-native development.
Must have
- 6+ years building production React (React.js, Next.js, Hooks) & 2+ years Node.js and AWS.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and async, event-driven programming.
- State management with Redux Toolkit (RTK Query / TanStack Query a plus).
- Solid HTML/CSS/Flexbox and responsive UI (styled-components / Tailwind a plus).
- RESTful API design, relational + NoSQL schema design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Testing with Jest, Docker containerisation (Kubernetes / Kafka a plus).
- Serverless architecture with AWS Lambda.
- Versatility across front-end, back-end and infrastructure, picking up new tech fast.
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Hands-on with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
- Effective prompting and AI-assisted workflows without compromising quality or judgement.
- Exposure to AI/ML or AI-powered features (LLM APIs, RAG, agentic workflows).
