Motion Graphic Designer | Video Editor
About the role
The Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor will lead the production of short-form product and automation videos for executive presentations, sales conversations, conferences, digital campaigns, and product education. The role requires understanding complex software workflows, identifying key narratives, and using motion design to communicate technical processes to nontechnical audiences. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, creating scripts and storyboards, recording software demos, designing UI animations, editing audio, managing feedback, and supporting the company's visual storytelling strategy. The position is with Innobot Health, a company focused on healthcare technology and automation.
Must have
- 3+ years in motion design, UI animation, or product videos.
- Strong portfolio of software demos and UI animations.
- Expert in Adobe After Effects.
- Skilled in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong animation, typography, and design principles.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of screen capture and post-production workflows.
- Experience following brand and accessibility standards.
- Strong data security and asset management practices.
- Excellent file organization and quality control.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
