Data Engineer - ETL + Azure Synapse + Snowflake
About the role
Gallagher is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team in Sri Lanka, focusing on building and supporting data solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Snowflake. Must have
- 3-4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Proficiency in Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, and Azure Data Factory.
- Experience in data warehousing, data modelling, and data quality governance.
- A collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python, PySpark, DBT, Fivetran, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and ADLS is a plus.
