AV Senior Specialist

About the role

The AV Senior Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving critical P2 incidents, performing critical changes without failures, and providing operational support for voice, video, and audio-visual systems. The role involves configuration management of various AV and telephony devices, including Polycom, Cisco, and Crestron systems, as well as documenting modifications, maintaining diagrams, and preparing best practices documentation. The candidate is expected to be proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision, while also mentoring fellow engineers and contributing to team efforts. A degree, preferably in engineering, and 7-8 years of relevant experience are required.
