Graphics Designer & Video Editor
About the role
Genesis Global Consulting Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join their team. The role involves working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom for graphic design and photo editing, as well as video editing using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and/or CapCut. Responsibilities include creating social media graphics, campaign creatives, reels, and short-form videos, with a focus on typography, layout, and brand consistency. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to meet deadlines, supported by a portfolio of relevant work.
Must have
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and colour correction
- Video editing skills using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects and/or CapCut
- Experience creating social media graphics, campaign creatives, reels and short-form videos
- Understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and consistent brand execution
- Creative thinking, problem-solving and the ability to interpret briefs
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video-editing work
