Lead Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Lead GENAI Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities, mentoring junior engineers, conducting research on emerging AI technologies, and ensuring the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation. The position requires strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Candidates should have a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative AI, and a proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
