About the role
The Manager – Cyber Security will be responsible for strengthening the organization's security operations, governance, and regulatory compliance. The role covers end-to-end security incident management, integration of Security Operations Center (SOC) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR and local data protection laws. Key responsibilities include vulnerability assessments, threat and anomaly analysis, security awareness training, and cross-functional collaboration with various IT and compliance teams. Strong technical writing, reporting, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
Must have
- End-to-end security incident management — detection, triage, containment, investigation, recovery, and reporting.
- SOC amp; GRC integration, NCCA management, SLA adherence, and corrective action closure.
- GDPR and local data protection compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory documentation.
- Vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and attack surface reduction.
- Threat and anomaly analysis to identify genuine security risks and minimize false positives.
- Security awareness training to build a strong security-conscious culture.
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Development, QA, and GRC teams.
- Strong technical writing, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
