Project Management Intern
About the role
The Project Management Intern at InforSoft200 will support project teams in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software implementation and enhancement projects. Responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, tracking progress, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, organizing meetings, capturing action items, and supporting communication among cross-functional teams. The intern will work closely with senior project managers and gain practical experience in project management within a technology company that delivers business software solutions. Candidates should have strong project management, planning, analytical, and communication skills, and be comfortable with remote work tools. The role is suitable for those currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Must have
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with an interest in software or technology projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Planning and basic organizational skills to support timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and contribute to process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, document updates, and engage with stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort with remote work tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., video conferencing, task management, shared documentation).
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
Nice to have
- Interest in ERP, POS, accounting, microfinance, or payroll solutions is an advantage.
