Enterprise Solutions Manager
About the role
The Enterprise Solutions Manager will lead the design and delivery of innovative enterprise technology solutions within the telecommunication industry in Sri Lanka. This role involves architecting scalable solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, driving digital transformation through AI/ML, automation, and enterprise integrations. The manager will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance standards, and will be responsible for leading technical projects and innovation workshops. Candidates should have a strong background in solution architecture, cloud technologies, and client consulting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are considered an advantage.
Must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT, solution architecture or technical consulting.
- Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Exposure to AI/ML solutions, automation, APIs and data integration.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-level project delivery.
- Excellent client consulting, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP or TOGAF) will be an added advantage.
