Senior Product Manager
About the role
Cut+Dry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of a core product line within their B2B software platform, which connects food distributors with restaurants and operators. The role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with a focus on integrating the platform with procurement and ERP systems. Key responsibilities include defining and tracking product metrics, designing and running experiments, managing complex integration projects, and acting as the primary contact for high-value accounts and partners. The ideal candidate will have significant product management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely from Sri Lanka with overlap to US business hours.
Must have
- 8+ years of product management experience, with real ownership of outcomes, not just feature delivery.
- At least 2 years directly accountable for moving a metric, including designing experiments with a written hypothesis, a success threshold, and a control or holdout group where feasible, followed through to a documented decision.
- Comfort working with technical, integration-heavy products. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to read a spec or a system diagram closely enough to debug a problem or push back on a technical decision.
- Experience managing complex external relationships under pressure — enterprise clients, integration partners, or channel accounts — where you're the one translating a technical fire into a business conversation and back again.
- A demonstrated ability to say no. You can point to a time you deprioritized or declined a reasonable-sounding request because it didn't serve the metric or strategy you were accountable for.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You'll be coordinating across time zones with distributed engineering, external partners, and leadership, so clarity matters more than presence.
- Based in Sri Lanka and able to work fully remote, with enough overlap with US business hours to support live escalations and cross-functional meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or distribution and logistics platforms.
- Familiarity with procurement integrations such as punchout, cXML, or EDI, or with ERP-adjacent catalog and inventory systems.
- Experience working alongside AI-assisted or automated delivery tooling as part of a product development workflow.
