RF Engineer | Trainee RF Engineer
About the role
Fame Global Solutions PVT Ltd is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join their telecom team as RF Engineer or Trainee RF Engineer. The RF Engineer will be responsible for RF network planning, optimization, performance analysis, KPI analysis, recommending optimization strategies, and collaborating with field teams for troubleshooting and network improvement. The Trainee RF Engineer will assist senior engineers in network planning, optimization, and testing, operate RF tools under supervision, and participate in training and on-the-job learning sessions. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and experience as specified for each role. Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with radio networks (planning, optimization, troubleshooting & network experience management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field (final year students considered).
- Basic understanding of mobile network technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G).
