About the role
The Assistant Manager - Data Analytics & AI Transformation at Union Assurance is responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics and AI solutions to drive business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. The role involves working closely with both business and technology teams to identify opportunities, deliver analytics and AI use cases, and translate data-driven insights into actionable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing dashboards and analytical models, supporting the AI transformation strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 02-03 Years in Senior Executive capacity/relevant experience, with 6+ years overall experience.
- Proven experience in delivering analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business problems into data and AI solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications or certifications in Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry will be an advantage.
