Data Analyst
About the role
The Data Analyst role at Vanguard Games Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. involves preparing business and operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, collecting and analyzing business data, monitoring key performance indicators, and analyzing sales, customer activity, and conversion data. The position also requires monitoring call centre and telesales performance, tracking team productivity, identifying trends and areas for improvement, preparing management insights, and collaborating with various internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a relevant diploma or degree, strong analytical and data reporting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, and the role is based in Colombo 03.
Must have
- Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, IT, Statistics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Good understanding of data reporting and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in gaming, entertainment, sales, call centre, or a related industry is an added advantage.
