IT Hardware Technician - Male
About the role
The IT Hardware Technician - Male will be responsible for installing and configuring IT software and hardware, including CCTV, data networking switches, and fingerprint systems. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing PC/printer hardware and software issues, performing system upgrades, supporting and troubleshooting LAN issues, and providing technical support to users. The technician will also be required to update and maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software, and applications. The position is with NMI Group of Companies, a Sri Lankan-owned, ISO-certified organization based in Boralesgamuwa, and offers a competitive remuneration package.
Must have
- Diploma or following a degree related to IT, Hardware & Networking
- 1 – 2 Years’ experience with related areas of IT hardware and networking and various Operating Systems
- Experiences with networking technologies including LAN & WAN
- Ability to attend and respond to daily tasks
- Good team player
- Age below 35 years
