Senior Multimedia Creative Designer
About the role
The Senior Multimedia Creative Designer will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs across digital platforms, including social media posts, carousels, banners, and digital marketing creatives. The role involves developing visual concepts for branding, promotions, and product launches, designing multimedia assets such as GIFs and presentations, and maintaining brand consistency. The designer will collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams, and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality creative delivery. The position is with Trident MWS and can be performed remotely from Sri Lanka.
Must have
- 3–5 years of professional graphic or multimedia design experience.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, motion graphics, or AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
