Associate Project Manager
About the role
ZILLIONe is seeking an energetic Associate Project Manager to oversee the delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring delivery excellence using both traditional and AI-powered project management tools. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project plans and risks, preparing executive reports, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience in project or delivery management, and a good understanding of SDLC and project management tools. The company values familiarity with AI tools and exposure to enterprise software projects.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, or Software Implementation.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Nice to have
- Exposure to cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge or practical experience with AI productivity tools is highly desirable.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PRINCE2, Agile, or AI-related certifications will be an added advantage.
