Web Project Manager (Night Shift / US Shift)
About the role
The Web Project Manager will oversee web development projects from initial requirement gathering through to final delivery, working closely with international clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with developers, designers, QA, and content teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring that web solutions meet client requirements and quality standards. The role requires strong experience in web project management, a solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The position is on-site in Pannipitiya, Sri Lanka, and operates during night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Must have
- 5–6 years of relevant industry experience in web development, web project management, digital solutions, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle, including websites, web applications, CMS platforms, APIs, and common web technologies.
- Previous experience working in a client-facing role, preferably with international clients or stakeholders.
- Proven experience coordinating or managing web development projects and working with developers, designers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of project management practices, including planning, timelines, task management, risk identification, and delivery tracking.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
