Operations Specialist- High-Value Products
About the role
The Operations Specialist- High-Value Products will join LanceSoft's mobility marketplace team, working onsite at the client's location in Colombo (Uber). The role involves monitoring and managing the daily health of the marketplace, identifying supply-demand imbalances, building dashboards, and implementing growth strategies based on data analysis and creative marketing insights. The specialist will also collaborate with marketing and global product teams, lead category growth initiatives, and communicate complex data findings to stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset, be self-starters, and possess both technical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Google Sheets and preferably knowledge in SQL.
- 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven operations role, preferably within a marketplace or tech-enabled environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
