Integration Engineer
About the role
Ericsson is seeking a motivated Integration Engineer to join their team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves designing and implementing NFVi platforms using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies, as well as deploying and integrating virtual and cloud-native network functions. Responsibilities include automating infrastructure operations, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, performing system health checks, and leading incident investigations. The position requires adherence to Ericsson's standards for safety, data security, and privacy, and offers opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a diverse and innovative environment.
Must have
- OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware, KVM, or an equivalent virtualization/cloud platform.
- Familiarity with containers, container networking, registries, Helm, and Kubernetes operations.
- Automation.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Understanding of IP networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, and network troubleshooting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Open to Fresh Graduate with relevant exposure and experience
