Trainee IT & ERP Assistant

About the role

The Trainee IT & ERP Assistant will assist in providing basic technical support to end-users, help maintain and update ERP system data, support basic troubleshooting of ERP and PC related issues, and assist in documenting processes and creating user guides. The role requires a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and seeks candidates who are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
