Client Success Project Manager - Web
About the role
eBEYONDS is seeking a Client Success Project Manager - Web to manage website development and digital projects for US-based hospitality clients. The role involves leading the full lifecycle of web projects, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Candidates should have strong web project management experience, a solid understanding of web technologies, and excellent communication skills for direct client interaction. The position is fully on-site and operates during US business hours (night shift in Sri Lanka). Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a related bachelor's degree.
Must have
- 5+ years of proven experience managing website development projects end-to-end within an agency, BPO, or IT services environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing direct communication with overseas clients, including prior hands-on experience working in or overlapping with US time zones (EST/PST).
- Solid working knowledge of web technologies (CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify, custom web stacks, HTML/CSS, basic API concepts) to bridge client needs with developer execution.
- Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, and Figma.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence leading live kickoff meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and client presentations.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities to handle multiple parallel web builds under tight deadlines and strict SLAs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
