About the role
The International AI Talent in Sri Lanka position at the Artificial Intelligence Academy is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges, support AI-driven initiatives, and contribute to training programs. Responsibilities include conducting research and data analysis, assisting with workshops and client engagements, supporting finance, customer service, and sales activities, and contributing to curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, foundational finance knowledge, and an interest in AI and digital innovation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required, and prior experience in education, consulting, or technology-driven projects is advantageous.
Must have
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support AI-related decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for presenting ideas, collaborating with teams, and engaging with clients and learners.
- Foundational knowledge or experience in finance to support budgeting, reporting, and business case development.
- Customer service and sales skills to assist in managing stakeholder relationships and promoting programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business, technology, data science, or engineering.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and applied problem-solving in a business context.
- Ability to work on-site in Colombo, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced learning environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in education, consulting, or technology-driven projects is an advantage.
