About the role
The Project Management Lead (Supervising Associate - Assistant Manager Level) at EY will support the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of Executive Insights Command Centre initiatives for the USLI region. The role involves driving operational discipline, stakeholder engagement, reporting governance, and leadership enablement to ensure timely delivery of executive insights and business priorities. Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to execute strategy, managing and tracking progress of projects, establishing governance frameworks, enabling leadership through preparation of reports and presentations, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, commercial awareness, and effective communication abilities in a global environment. The position is suited for a proactive individual with analytical depth and leadership accountability, capable of co-owning the delivery of priorities.
Must have
- 12+ years of work experience
- A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
- Relevant experience in project or program management, business operations, strategy execution, executive reporting or leadership enablement at a level appropriate for a Supervising Associate role.
Nice to have
- Experience working in EY, a Big 4 organization, professional services or a comparable global matrix environment is preferred.
- Exposure to Markets reporting, performance management, governance and stakeholder-facing delivery is preferred.
- Exposure to tools like PowerBi, Microsoft 365 Products, Apps, and Services including Copilot
