About the role
The Senior Executive - Revenue Assurance & Controls (Revenue Reconciliation Analyst) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue data through reconciliation and control processes. The role involves performing daily reconciliations, executing revenue control document processes, investigating variances, supporting financial close activities, and validating revenue recognition outputs. The analyst will also design and develop automated reconciliation solutions using analytics and AI tools, drive process improvements, and support audit requirements. The position is key to maintaining financial controls, improving operational efficiency, and reducing manual effort through automation.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience in: Revenue Operations, Finance Operations. Financial Reconciliations, Financial Controls
- Experience supporting insurance, digital services, or other revenue-intensive businesses.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex financial systems.
- Exposure to month-end close processes and audit environments.
- Exposure to technical and analytical tools such as: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, Python
- Exposure to AI-driven tools and process automation solutions.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Data Analytics, or a finance qualification such as qualified CIMA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
