About the role
The Manager / Assistant Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth at VS Group, Sri Lanka’s dedicated cybersecurity company. The role involves generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and promoting cybersecurity services to achieve revenue targets. Candidates should have hands-on sales experience in cybersecurity or IT solution selling, along with a background in business development or B2B sales. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, SLIM/CIM, or a related field.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, SLIM/CIM or related field
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to work under pressure
- Hands-on sales experience in cybersecurity or IT solution selling is a must
