Manager - AI Architect & Governance
About the role
The Manager - AI Architect & Governance at Dialog is responsible for establishing, operationalizing, and enhancing enterprise-wide AI governance, architecture assurance, compliance, and risk management practices. The role involves driving the implementation of AI governance frameworks, managing AI asset and tool inventories, leading governance operations, and ensuring AI solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The position also supports Responsible AI initiatives, conducts risk assessments, coordinates with various teams to meet regulatory standards, and promotes the adoption of AI governance best practices across the organization. Candidates should have a relevant degree and significant experience in AI, data engineering, analytics platforms, software engineering, or related fields, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Must have
- A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 6 + years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, Analytics Platforms, Software Engineering, MLOps, DevOps, Technology Architecture, or AI Governance roles.
- Strong understanding of AI Governance Frameworks, Responsible AI principles, AI risk management, and model governance practices.
- Knowledge of AI regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, AI security controls, third-party AI risk assessments, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
- Experience in managing AI inventories, AI governance operating models, AI use-case governance, and Shadow AI monitoring programs.
- Understanding of governance controls for AI Agents, Copilots, Autonomous Systems, MLOps Governance, Model Registries, Auditability, and Traceability.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with architecture governance, software development practices, CI/CD, and data platform technologies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive governance adoption across diverse business and technology teams.
