Intern Embedded Engineer
About the role
SenzMate IoT Intelligence is seeking an Embedded Engineer Intern for a 12-month internship based in Colombo 04. The role involves assisting in the design, development, and testing of embedded systems and firmware, working with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols, and supporting hardware debugging and prototyping. The ideal candidate should be an undergraduate or recent graduate in a relevant engineering field, with basic knowledge of C/C++ programming, familiarity with microcontrollers, and an understanding of electronics and communication protocols. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with the engineering team on IoT projects and to gain hands-on experience in embedded systems.
Must have
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in electrical, electronic, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, or Arduino.
- Understanding of basic electronics and communication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
