Lead Business Analyst
About the role
The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for leading business requirement gathering and engaging stakeholders for system enhancements and new initiatives. The role involves defining and documenting business requirements, collaborating with technical teams and vendors, and driving change requests and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will also support solution validation, testing, and the implementation of business initiatives. Candidates should have a relevant degree, significant experience as a Business Analyst, and a strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis best practices, with experience in Oracle-based applications and enterprise systems.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis best practices.
- Experience working with Oracle-based applications and enterprise systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business users.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
