Technical Data Processing Intern (Front End Operations)
About the role
The Technical Data Processing Intern (Front End Operations) at North Sails Sri Lanka will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and product-related data to ensure accuracy and completeness. The role involves preparing reports to support operational planning, maintaining and updating technical data and records, monitoring performance trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient process flows. The intern will also support process improvement initiatives, maintain confidentiality of information, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. This position offers exposure to technical data management, manufacturing operations, and data-driven decision-making within a collaborative environment.
Must have
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Information Technology, Data Science, Physical Science, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes, technical workflows, and product-data management systems.
