Customer Success Intern
About the role
Orixe Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support customer service activities and assist in managing the company's digital presence. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, supporting users, assisting with lead outreach, managing social media content, preparing newsletters, and helping with testing and quality assurance of the platform. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, tech-savvy, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a growing software company. Applicants should have basic computer skills, an interest in customer support and SaaS products, familiarity with social media, and strong English communication skills. The position is open to undergraduates and fresh graduates interested in technology, customer success, and digital communication.
Must have
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common digital tools.
- An interest in customer support, customer success or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- An interest in content creation and digital marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively.
