Program Manager
About the role
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end production management, overseeing product development timelines, and managing cross-functional workstreams for a US-headquartered consumer products company. The role involves building and monitoring Program Timing & Action schedules, enforcing vendor compliance, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with overseas teams and sales partners. The position is remote in Sri Lanka, with periodic team meetings in Colombo, and requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance / Management Accounting.
- Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in production management, product development tracking, or program management within consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Hands-on experience operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is strictly required, alongside high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to manage multi-tiered project timelines, scope dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work evening hours to align with US-based teams.
