Business Analyst
About the role
hSenid Mobile Solutions, an international technology company with a 29-year history, is seeking a Business Solutions Engineer (Business Analyst) to bridge the gap between customers and technical teams. The role involves understanding customer business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting sales and pre-sales activities, preparing demos and proposals, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong communication skills, and experience or interest in AI-powered workflows. The company serves clients in telecommunications, banking, and enterprise sectors globally.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on project experience)
- Up to 2 years of experience in a GTM, sales ops, pre-sales, automation, or similar role. Fresh graduates with strong projects are welcome
- Practical experience building or using LLM-powered workflows
- Good technical grounding, such as APIs, databases/SQL, system integration concepts, or scripting. Awareness of MCP and how AI tools integrate with enterprise systems
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Nice to have
- Exposure to the Telco or BFSI domain is a strong advantage
