Operations Intern
About the role
The Operations Intern role at a fast-growing e-commerce brand offers a hands-on opportunity to manage the full business cycle, from sourcing to sales completion, while coordinating marketing and backend operations. The intern will be responsible for product sourcing, supplier coordination, customer inquiries, order management, fulfillment, sales tracking, marketing coordination, inventory management, documentation, bookkeeping, and business performance reporting. The position is designed for final-year students or recent graduates who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The company provides academic internship credits, potential for permanent employment, direct mentorship from the founder, and exposure to various business functions.
Must have

- Valid driving license (Especially a motorbike license)
- Own a motorbike for local coordination when required
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Google sheets
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe tools)
- Basic social media knowledge (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn)
