About the role

The Manager/AI Transformation role involves developing and executing the company's AI transformation roadmap, focusing on academic excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing AI use cases, leading process improvement initiatives, collaborating with academic and research teams, establishing AI governance and compliance, managing relationships with technology vendors and stakeholders, and driving organizational change management and AI literacy initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4-6 years of experience in digital transformation or AI-related roles, demonstrated experience in leading technology-enabled transformation projects, strong understanding of AI and emerging digital technologies, and excellent leadership and project management skills. The position is based in Malabe with a reputed company.

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
4-6 years of experience in digital transformation, technology management, data analytics, AI, or innovation-related roles.
Demonstrated experience in leading technology-enabled transformation projects and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation platforms, data governance, and emerging digital technologies.
Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and change management skills.

Nice to have

Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
