About the role
The Operations Analyst - Commercial Strategy & Growth Associate role at Uber Eats involves combining strategic planning, operational execution, governance, and analytical rigor to drive commercial initiatives and align them with the broader business strategy. The position works closely with the Head of Commercial and Account Management teams, translating insights into action by developing scalable growth initiatives, supporting commercial decision-making through financial analysis, and ensuring robust governance across the commercial organisation. Key responsibilities include driving strategic growth initiatives, owning commercial governance, developing dashboards and reporting tools, conducting financial and commercial analysis, and partnering with Commercial and Finance leaders to evaluate performance and support commercial programs. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced proficiency in SQL and GSuite, and a solid understanding of sales and commercial performance drivers.
Must have
- 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating data into strategic business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, GSuite supporting building dashboards and working with large data sets
- Strong understanding of sales and commercial performance drivers, revenue management, and forecasting.
- Experience conducting financial analysis, business case development, and performance evaluations.
- Experience establishing governance processes, operating rhythms, and performance management frameworks.
