Associate Program Manager
About the role
The Associate Program Manager will support end-to-end program lifecycles, production timelines, and cross-functional workstreams for assigned accounts. The role involves developing and tracking Program Timing & Action schedules, monitoring milestones from product development to shipment, reviewing purchase orders, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The position is based in Sri Lanka with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring periodic meetings in Colombo and evening shifts to align with US-based teams. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in merchandising, production, sourcing, or program coordination, along with strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance / Management Accounting.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience in bulk merchandising, production, sourcing, or program coordination.
- Hands-on experience working with customer orders, production timelines, factory coordination, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to work evening hours to align with US-based teams.
