Software Engineer intern - January 2027 Intake
About the role
Nippon IT and Educational Solution (NITES) is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern for their January 2027 intake. The role involves collaborating with senior architects to design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using modern technologies. Interns will work on backend services with Python, Java (Spring Boot), or PHP (Laravel), and build responsive frontends with React.js and modern UI frameworks. The position offers exposure to microservices, third-party API integration, code reviews, and agile sprints. This paid internship is designed to fast-track interns into junior developer roles and provides opportunities to work on international projects and learn Japanese business culture.
Must have
- No Prior Experience Required: We do not require years of experience or specific language expertise at the intern level.
- Academic Level: 3rd or 4th-year university students or candidates with a minimum HND/Higher Diploma
- Technical Base: Solid understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and RESTful APIs.
- DevOps Exposure: Basic understanding or strong interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD .
- Passion: A proven portfolio of personal or academic projects.
- Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
