About the role
The Associate - Business Analyst will join a leading BPO service provider's Digital Development Team, focusing on the healthcare industry. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting the development team, assisting with testing, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have a basic understanding of business analysis, a relevant degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. The position is on-site and follows a standard weekday schedule.
Must have
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
- A degree or undergraduate qualification in Business information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Highlights
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Sri Lanka Time, Monday to Friday. The role is strictly on-site.
